Unlocked Leadership). She works with executives who find themselves at a moment of transformation in
their leadership growth – recently promoted, on the fast-track, interacting with the Board, leading large
corporate initiatives, positioning themselves for ‘what’s next?’, etc.
Susan Shapiro
High Potential Coach and Consultant
Susan B. Shapiro, MS, PCC, launched her company in 2006 after a sales and marketing career at Hewlett-Packard. Her background includes a well-established track record as a line manager in building and leading global teams, both direct and dotted line teams; exceeding financial goals, and consistently developing people. She provides high potential coaching and consulting services to organizations who believe that people are their biggest asset. Susan brings insight into people development, virtual teaming, building key relationships, communications, improving performance and results. She helps leaders use their power and influence to lead change in their organizations.

Susie Vaughan

Susie Vaughan is a leader with a passion to see others thrive. During the past six years Susie has positively impacted many individuals, teams and organizations as a coach and a strategic learning partner. Prior to beginning her coaching and consulting practice, Susie spent 30 years as an educator and finished her career as a successful campus administrator. Her career in public education was devoted to excellence in teaching and learning and she achieved this through building relationships in order to build capacity.
Denise Kirkman
Coach, Consultant and Developer specializing in Diversity & Networking
Denise passionately believes that everything you need to be successful already lies within. She is adept at helping uncover the root causes of inaction and developing strategies to tap into their inner potential through self-awareness. Denise has spent over 30 years driving problem solving initiatives and helping clients improve performance in the IT environment. After many accomplished years as a leader in IT Systems development, Denise took a role coaching senior leadership as a certified Clifton Strengths finder coach, helping leaders maximize their performance by focusing on that they do well. She is devoted to assisting her clients in building the skills necessary to sustain long-lasting positive change.
Suzanne Enright

Suzanne specializes in helping clients develop their executive presence,
communication skills, and leadership style. She is particularly
passionate about working with women leaders to develop selfconfidence,
overcome imposter syndrome, and find their unique
leadership voice.
Tracie Shipman
Facilitator, Developer, Trainer and Coach
Over the span of her career, Tracie has created, customized, and delivered thousands of hours of content for leaders and teams for a wide variety of clients—from high tech corporations such as EDS, Texas Instruments, Sabre-Holdings, and Alcon Laboratories, to high touch organizations such as USAA, the Center for Non-profit Management, and SMU. Tracie continues to strengthen and support the development of power, presence, and awareness in leaders in collaboration with industry leaders including Marsha Clark & Associates, Power+Systems, Inc., Entelechy and Lumina Learning. As a certified facilitator for Lumina Learning’s Spark and Emotion tools Tracie can provide her clients with a deeper understanding of their personality, traits, and emotional intelligence strengths and opportunities for development.
Jerry Magar
Team Coach and Developer of Change Management & Performance Management
As a founding partner of People Systems Consulting, Jerry brings over 25 years of experience to his work with clients such as Lockheed Martin, Dell Computer, JPMorgan Chase, Southwest Airlines, Shell Oil, Devon Energy, JC Penney, Sabre, and many more large and small clients. In addition to his work in North America, he has engaged extensively with clients in Europe, Asia and South America. His expertise spans a variety of areas, with particular focus on change leadership, performance management, leadership development, and executive team coaching.

Ginger Ward-Green is Co-Owner of the WardGreen Group, a training, management consulting and executive coaching business. Ginger focuses on executive coaching, leadership and team development, training and facilitation. People who have worked with Ginger say she is gifted with patience, intuition and insight and able to gently shine a light on the dark places holding people back from doing their best work and leading their best lives. She is known as being a great supporter of her clients, helping them develop a plan to create a path forward to work on their development needs while living a life aligned with their personal and professional values.

Dr. Anne Litwin has been an organization development researcher, consultant, coach, and trainer for more than 30 years in a wide variety of organizations throughout the world. Anne was the CEO of her family business and was past chair of the Board of Directors of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. She is a founding faculty member of the Knowles Johnson Institute of Graduate Studies in Massachusetts.
Jane Cocking

Jane Cocking is an executive coach, strategic thinker and facilitator of leadership skills training that brings about personal and organizational transformation. She is passionate about working with people in organizations who envision, create and sustain healthier lives for themselves, their businesses, and ultimately the world. Jane has created numerous programs that build the capabilities necessary to lead in today’s world. She co-authored Coaching and Feedback, a program that won a top-10 award from HR Executive magazine.

David Green is Co-Owner of the WardGreen Group, a training, management consulting and executive coaching business. David focuses on executive coaching, leadership development and facilitation.
People who have worked with David say his unique talents include seeing possibilities and opportunities that others don’t see, finding ways to overcome what seem like impossible obstacles, and leading teams to achieve what hasn’t been done before. Another (possibly) lesser unique feature is his Scottish accent.
