Marcia Hyatt is a leadership coach and facilitator. Over the past 20 years, Marcia has created and facilitated highly rated, innovative leadership development programs for a number of Fortune 100 companies and organizations. She received the Organizational Development Practitioner of the Year award in Minnesota in 1995. As co-founder of Waterline Consulting, she was awarded the national "2006 ToP Champion Award" by the Institute of Cultural Affairs for her work in facilitative leadership. She has co-authored numerous articles, chapters, and books on leadership and resiliency in turbulent times, and she also hosts a weekly radio show, The Best of Ourselves.

Prior to 1991, Marcia held leadership development positions in computer and energy businesses. She also held several positions at the University of Minnesota including Assistant Professor.

Along with being a leadership coach and facilitator, Marcia co-owns and manages the Last Chance Sculpture Studio and Gallery and A Room of One's Own: A Personal Retreat Center in Lutsen, Minnesota
