Leader newly promoted two levels above her previous leadership position vastly improved her working relationship with a key internal customer so that she was able to positively impact his ability to decrease financial risk for the entire corporation. She also redesigned the goal-setting and accountability process for her leadership team which created a new sense of urgency and ownership around improving cycle times. She is one of few practitioners certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, a 360 degree assessment tool that measures creative and reactive leadership tendencies. She holds a BA in Sociology/Social Studies.
