Leader newly promoted two levels above her previous leadership position vastly improved her working relationship with a key internal customer so that she was able to positively impact his ability to decrease financial risk for the entire corporation. She also redesigned the goal-setting and accountability process for her leadership team which created a new sense of urgency and ownership around improving cycle times. LeeAnn is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and has completed advanced courses on Structural Thinking, Organizational Learning, Change Management, and Somatic Coaching. She is one of few practitioners certified in The Leadership Circle Profile, a 360 degree assessment tool that measures creative and reactive leadership tendencies. She holds a BA in Sociology/Social Studies.
