Kathleen (Kay) A Lisch, Ph.D., founded the ComPro Group, Inc. in 1990 to be a catalyst for bringing people into balance and companies into alignment. ComPro integrates expertise in organizational development, coaching, training, facilitating, and evaluating to accelerate personal, team, and business growth. ComPro's methodology emphasizes user engagement in every step of the transformation process. Compro has successfully worked with over 70 organizations spanning energy, telecom, chemicals, health care, consumer products, transportation, finance, technology, manufacturing, government, service and education.

Kay teaches healthy lifestyle , personal growth and leadership workshops for clients including : Balancing Life Issues, Collin College, St. Jude's Hospital, Archon Group, Coca Cola, American Automobile Association and other companies. Topics include: Zoom: Finding Balance in a Fast World, Building a Healthy Workplace, Using Emotional Intelligence, Skillful Feedback, Creating Your Career Vision, and Motivating Employees in Tough Times.

Kay consults with a variety of companies to improve the work environment, teamwork , career growth and leadership . Her clients include : BNSF Railway , DuPont, Arbor Scientica, James L West, Tenet Healthcare, Kelsey Seybold Clinics, North Texas University, El Paso Energy, and Mario Sinacola.

Kay coaches individuals to move forward in their careers and lives. She has provided coaching for over 300 leaders. She also specializes in providing coaching for women in transition and teens and young adults with learning differences.

    Personal Philosophy. I believe development comes from connecting individuals and organizations to their deepest wisdom. I strive to make work more fulfilling , engaged , and impactful . I am active in pro bono work in the environment, eldercare, interfaith, women's development, brain differences, and youth leadership. I have traveled extensively in India and teach yoga. I reside in Texas with my husband Gary where I am an avid gardener, fitness buff and healthy lifestyle cook.
