Dr. Anne Litwin
Anne Litwin is President of Anne Litwin and Associates, a consulting firm based in Boston.

She has been an internal and external consultant, executive coach, and trainer for more than 25 years in a wide variety of organizations in the U.S.A., Europe, India, Africa, Canada, Mexico, People's Republic of China, Burma/Myanmar, Singapore, and Malaysia. She has been the C.E.O. of her family retail business for seven years, and is past-Chair of the Board of Directors of NTL Institute.

Dr. Litwin, and her international team of over 25 trainers and consultants, work with public and private organizations in the areas of diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, leadership development, change mangement, strategic planning, team building, teaming across global cultures, cultural competency, and women's leaderships development. Her clients have included: Siemens, Hasbro, Parsons, Cummins, Berlex Labs, Microsoft, Lucent Technologies, Verizon, Analog Devices, Agilent, Hewlett Packard, Beringer-Ingelheim, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Community Catalyst, Third Sector New England, the Association of Women Business Centers, The Union of Concerned Scientists and Health Care for All.


Anne provides executive coaching to help executives, managers, and other professionals enhance leadership capacity by strengthening their interpersonal and strategic skills. She works with clients to improve their ability to communicate their ideas, to listen, to give and receive feedback, to manage conflict, and to deal effectively with system power dynamics. Dr. Litwin helps her clients understand how to take diversity into account as managers, colleagues, and with customers.

Dr. Litwin has a Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin, a Masters in Community Psychology from Marist College, and a Masters and PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is a qualified user of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Leadership Circle Profile, a certified Organization Workshop trainer, and a Future Search facilitator. She is a member of NTL Institute and the Organization Development Network and is an adjunct professor at American University. She is co-editor of the book, Managing in the Age of Change, and has co-authored the book, Coaching for the Edge (in press), along with numerous articles. Anne's dissertation research focused on women in the workplace.
