Ginger offers a background in training, facilitation and Organization Development consulting. With almost twenty years of experience in this field, she is an experienced facilitator and has worked with groups on many different issues related to improving individual and organizational effectiveness. In the United States, Ginger has worked in corporate and non-profit settings. In the years she lived and worked in Ottawa, Ontario, Ginger completed Organization Development and Renewal work for various departments within the Canadian government as well as providing training and consulting services to corporate and non-profit groups.

In a coaching role, Ginger has worked with clients on clarifying short and long-term goals and priorities, identifying and developing solutions for moving through transition issues related to job loss and other significant life changes and determining and practicing skills for better managing self in relation to others.

Working within organizations, Ginger is especially interested in issues related to managing change, managing conflict and improving team effectiveness. She has worked extensively with individuals and small groups on identifying practical solutions to diverse business problems.

Qualified to administer The Platinum Rule, FIRO-B, Trust Betrayal and Healing, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator, Ginger's educational background includes expertise in the special needs and learning styles of adults and children. She holds a B.S. in Education and has completed several graduate level courses in Adult Education. She is also recognized as a member of the National Training Laboratory.
