Rick is a creative and dynamic consultant with extensive experience in coaching senior executives through major change initiatives. His coaching experience includes working with 25 senior-level partners of a global audit and tax firm as part of a leadership development program. The work was the result of an organizational change initiative dictated by significant changes in the regulatory environment. The work involved intensive 3-day experiential learning sessions that were followed by semi-monthly individual and group coaching conversations. He has also coached senior IT executives of a large US telecom company through a multi-office reorganization change initiative. That project resulted from a large multi-year outsourcing arrangement. His areas of focus include developing effective communication processes, leadership, teamwork, and personal responsibility.
Rick’s international business experience is extensive. His work with Finland’s Minister of Education resulted in a strategic repositioning of Finland’s universities with respect to the business community. Rick has also planned and implemented a management development program for the Stockholm and Helsinki offices of large global consulting organization.
