Denise Renter is an independent consultant providing organization development, coaching, change management, leadership development, and facilitation services. Denise brings over 20 years of corporate experience in a global manufacturing company to her consulting business with expertise in the areas of finance, information technology and organization development. She earned a Bachelors degree in Accounting from West Texas State University and received a MSOD (Masters of Science in Organization Development) from Pepperdine University in August 2002.

Drawing upon her background in the manufacturing industry, Denise works effectively across all organizational levels to improve business performance by developing and implementing strategic change initiatives and helping build high-performance teams. She specializes in working with culturally diverse teams in global organizations and has experience working in Europe, Mexico, Canada and China. Her most recent large-scale change efforts include working in change management on a global SAP implementation across multiple divisions. She is currently involved in a change management capacity to implement the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in a global organization.

Denise is a facilitator of the POWER of Self Program, a unique leadership development program for women. She is co-founder of a new program for mothers of pre-adolescent daughters which strengthens the connection between mothers and daughters for a successful journey through adolescent.

Denise is certified in The Organization Workshop—Creating Partnerships, Building Trust in the Workplace, Crucial Conversations, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument, the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children (MMTIC), and Change Management.
