I am a member of the Organization Development Network and have presented at the American Society for Training and Development, New York Substance Abuse Network, Center for Collaborative Organizations, and various other conferences. In addition, I teach at the University of Phoenix in the management program where my focus is on leadership, teamwork, and organization dynamics.
I am a musical artist and occasionally teach in this venue as well. I have been a bandleader and organizer over my many years in the music business. In my current role, I continue to practice the art of leadership through the building of a collaborative team environment in which band members can reach their full potential. Recent projects include leading the band efforts for independent artists to open shows for national touring acts including, Travis Tritt, BJ Thomas, Tracy Byrd, Mark Wills, Andy Griggs, and Colin Raye.
A writing project I am participating in is writing a book about executive coaching with a team of coaches/colleagues. This is work in progress and so far it is a fantastic experience of teaming and crystallizing what we do as coaches.
