In today's global economy, those that wish to thrive must constantly adapt to new challenges. Progress is made by developing new skills, forging new alliances, and building new businesses or product lines. Angela Merola is a recognized change agent who helps organizations and individuals navigate unchartered territory to achieve transformation and growth.

From children's entertainment, to telecommunications, to healthcare - Angela has worked with the innovative and the stalwart. She facilitates executives and their teams through creative problem solving and strategic planning processes and helps them manage implementation and execution.

Angela's most recent projects include conducting one-on-one coaching and group workshops to multi-level executives, entrepreneurs, and sole proprietors in leadership development, communication, connecting personal values with company goals, and assisting future organizational leaders to sharpen their skills to achieve business goals.

Prior to this work, Angela assisted integrating a new acquisition of a large healthcare organization into the corporate culture. She worked across disciplines to improve the visibility and effectiveness of their research projects, as well as helping them to create a new portfolio of services. Angela also created an education and training program that increased sales by 22%.

A large publishing organization appointed Angela to transform their lack-luster marketing initiatives. Through radical reorganization of distribution facilities, and a creative approach to advertising, with Angela's assistance, in less than a year they increased their number of book titles on the bestseller list from 13 to 28.

By establishing a new lead generation channel, Angela helped a start-up telecom group convert 80% of callers into leads, reduce customer acquisition costs by 65% and build customer loyalty.

Angela has a B.S. in Psychology and has accreditation in Leadership/Personal Coaching and in several facilitation modalities; Creative Thinking for Teams, Brainstorm, Conflict Resolution, and Focus Group Research. She plays an active role in the local community; North Texas Food Bank, Family Gateway, Kriya Yoga, and has participated in numerous roles at Girls Inc, a non-profit organization that provides education to under-privileged girls.
