David is an independent consultant who provides organizational development, business transformation, facilitation, change management and coaching services. David and his wife Ginger started their own company, Penobscot Consulting, in 2005 and relocated from Texas to Maine. Having worked most of his life in the competitive high tech world, David likes to see the effects of his work reflect into tangible business results.

David has over thirty years of corporate experience working in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. He worked as an engineer with Hewlett-Packard and ITT in the UK before moving to Canada to work for Nortel. In a 24 year career with Nortel he worked in a broad range of roles including engineering management, managing manufacturing lines, project management and organizational development. David lead teams in Business Process Reengineering and eBusiness covering Canada, the USA, the Caribbean and Latin America and was change management prime on a number of successful global initiatives. David regularly serves as an Anthropologist at "The Power Lab".

David has a degree in Production Engineering from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland, and a Certificate in Organizational Development from the NTL Institute. He is qualified in the Organization Workshop, FIRO-B, MBTI and Personality Dimensions.
