As an experienced consultant, facilitator, and marketing professional, Denise Buehring has spent over 15 years of her career helping organizations adjust and adapt to a changing workplace - both internally and externally.
Denise's extensive experience in large-scale change management initiatives range from developing and leading transitions of multi-national entities to revitalizing an organization's national marketing presence. She also previously directed the change management efforts on a global SAP implementation.
Denise has collaborated with both senior level executives and line-level employees to assist each in understanding and positively responding to organizational change. Denise has partnered with groups of all sizes, from small work groups to large multi-national organizational teams.
