Tracy is an associate of Chagnon & Reina Associates, Inc. and President of Diversity Trends LLC. She is the author of "Breaking the Barrier of Bias: The Subtle Influence of Bias and What to Do About It” and several other books and audio-learning programs.

Her theme is INCLUSION WORKS; and her area of expertise is helping organizations identify ways to turn the diversity in their workplace or marketplace into a strategic advantage that results in business success. She is considered an expert on the impact of diversity on productivity and relationships in the workplace. And she’s well known for challenging people to take individual responsibility for building bridges to connect with people from different cultural groups.

Tracy believes trust (or lack of trust) is a major factor in cross-cultural communication, and works to help individuals who want to be more effective in multicultural settings to increase their ability to understand the cultural influence on trust.

Tracy climbed the corporate ladder and became a respected Human Resources executive before building a successful business. She has been interviewed or featured in Money Magazine, Texas Business Monthly, HR Magazine and other publications. Some of her recent clients include Harvard University, Dr Pepper Seven Up, Texas Health Resources, The U.S. Department of Energy and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tracy is a graduate of Ottawa University who pursued graduate studies at Northern Illinois University and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University. Her commitment to the community has resulted in service on the Board of Directors for more than a dozen community organizations. But she’s not all work and no play. Whether at home in Dallas, or on the road, it’s not unusual to find her at a rollerskating rink, a play or a jazz concert.
