Ed has consulted with executives on succession planning and identifying high-potential leaders. He has facilitated strategic planning, goal setting and coaching sessions with leaders in both corporate and governmental sectors.
Ed has earned many certifications for his work with people, including the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, The Essentials of Facilitation, Communicating with Clarity and Orchestrating Team Performance. Ed is also and certified facilitator with Achieve Global and Development Dimensions International (DDI)
